Parents usually play a large role in deciding what special services you would need, and if they agree that the test was not representative of your ability, they should be able to request retesting. Yes, it is likely you will be in trouble, but I think it is something you need to face up to if what you say is true. Explain your reasons and apologize. To support your argument, I suggest you do so well in your current classes that you prove you don't need the extra support. Ask for more challenging assignments.
