Cassondra Vanholland: Caffeine and sugar are bad for you separately and when combined it's a double whammy. Both of these ingredients drain your body of vital nutrients. Not to mention they are both highly addictive. Withdrawal symptoms include headache, nausea, diarrhea, dizziness, mood swings, muddled thinking and sweating. Caffeine is just like any other drug, it's just socially acceptable. The more you use it the more your body needs to reach the same level that you want. Caffeine contributes to heart desease, high cholesterol, high triglycerides and hardening of the arteries. This is one of the drugs that people don't take seriously until it's too late. Rubi ! Romo: They are extremely bad for you it can really screw you up. There is tons of caffeine in them which can be harmful
Elaina Adolfson: Not bad at all. As long as the rest of your diet isnt crap. I drink 1 energy drink a day, eat healthy and excercise. On weekends ill drink 2. No big deal, and im 5'9" 155.
