Designs...?

Cliff Tyre: It seems like you may want to give a little more information in your question: Do you want to show them your designs in hopes of getting a job there as a designer? Or do you want to show them your designs in hopes that they will use your design ideas for their clothing? If you want to show them your designs to get a job, this is generally called a "portfolio." You put together a visual summary of your body of work (design ideas & technical ability), then you submit it probably with a resume or cover letter to the human resources manager at the company. If you're hoping to submit your designs just for BCBG to use for inspiration, you may want to discuss things with a creative agent. If you're hoping to get some sort of money or recognition for this, you'll probably want to protect your designs so that you can take credit for them.If you're hoping to show your designs just so that someone will make the clothing for you, bring the designs to your local tailor o! r seamstress. Often you can have beautifully made clothing if you're able to pay someone to help you make the patterns, select the fabric, and put it together for you.I hope this is the type of information that you're looking for. Also, if you aspire to be in some sort of fashion design, I suggest taking a few classes on apparel manufacturing or apparel merchandising. It may help you learn a little more about the buisness. Good luck!...Show more
